I am an INFORMED patient and when I know what I am expecting and the doctor is carrying on WITHOUT CONNECTIOn to an EMERSION to the world here, Dr. Farooqi and I never really got it  I was very specific in my address that if his advise and interface in this [ WITH LONG TERM GANGSTALKING ] affecting me, and I was unable to find help, resolute to the outcome, I was not going to pay the bill. I never paid my bill. Someone did, I think he did.

Can we find agreement, that now the NIH documents on gangstalking become relevant into care and what needs to take place in our greater society -- that which you have to place yourself as MY DOCTOR in CHARGE of my MENTAL CARE WELLNESS.  The communication interface to which is the one that is missing before, should be the one we can actually do the right thing with this. I am not going to go for the rest of my life dealing with gangstalking.  I currently can not get a doctor in the other side of this to engage this topic, and so doing CUTS me OFF.  I am not going to EXTEND MY LIFE, or HAVE LONG TERM Medications for what is an "ARTIFICIALLY SUSPENDED"  condition that MUST BREAK itself == and perhaps for all of us -- TO STOP GANG STALKING OUTRAGOIUS to be an allowance to continue its abuse on our citizen's including me!
